STAND UP AND CHEER was a spin-off of a 1971 network special. 
Also called, JOHNNY MANN'S STAND UP AND CHEER, this syndicated series of broadcasts, lasting two seasons, contained themes and music related to patriotic America and also featured tributes to non-establishment groups as Chicago, the Mamas and the Papas, and Blood Sweat and Tears.  

Each installment usually had one guest star.

Bob Crane's second appearance on the series. Crane does a tongue in cheek stand-up routine about Academy Award winning songs through the years. Bob sings, "Zip A  Dee Doo Dah," Baby It's  Cold Outside," "In The Cool Cool Cool Of The Evening," and "Talk To The Animals."  
The Singers present a tribute to Paul Simon, and to TV's  Sesame Street. The Johnny Mann singers sing songs from the show.
