Access

The collection is available to the public. Most of the archive is accessible for duplication and purchase by scholars, educators, researchers, students of nostalgic television broadcasts, journalists, archivists, authors, biographers, TV historians and documentary producers. Tapes already mastered take only one week to ship. Requests for dubs which have not been mastered can take 6 to 12 weeks to ship. At Archival Television Audio, there is very little automation. Passion requires patience, for every tape is handled separately and individually.
