Willy Loman, 63, is a Brooklyn salesman who has always talked and thought big. The important things in his life are to be "well liked" and to make money. And, during the next two days, he talks out his entire life.

"Death of a Salesman" opened in 1949, and won the New York Drama Critics' Circle Award and Pulitzer Prize.
