ABC journalist James Wooten reports on the controversial resignation of Republican US congressman David Stockman who after resigning as a congressional representative accepted an appointment as Director of the Office of Management and Budget Affairs from President Ronald Reagan. He was taken to the "wood shed" by the President after criticizing the President, in the press, deprecating Reagan's tax cuts as a "Trojan Horse."
